Bilstein 5100 Conversion Kit for Gasoline Ram 2500 With Rear Air Suspension (2019+)

This kit removes the rear air suspension and replaces the air bags with variable rate coil springs and Bilstein 5100 series shock absorbers. 

This conversion kit has two rear ride height options, stock height or +2.5". Stock height will be similar ride height to a working air suspension in normal mode. The +2.5" ride height will be approximately 2.5" taller. We recommend this taller rear spring for customers who prefer some extra ride height, or those who carry a constant heavy load like a slip tank or an in box camper. The taller rear spring is also an appropriate choice for customers who tow heavy weights on a regular basis.  Both of the rear spring options are variable rate +35% capacity over the OEM coil spring.

You may choose to add some ride height to the front, we have two options for this.  The first option is a spacer level that uses a shock extension along with the factory front shock (no front shock replacement).  The second option is a Bilstein leveling kit which uses Bilstein front springs and extended length Bilstein 5100 shocks to match the rear.  If you do not wish to alter the front ride height, choose "No Change".

You may choose to add an adjustable front track bar to your kit, this is recommended for customers who have chosen one of the two leveling kit options.

Note: All of our kits include the use of a programming tool which allows you to remove the "Immediate Air Suspension Service/Repair Required" message from the dashboard.  We don't use cheap and unreliable relays like our competitors.  Our programming tool is designed to modify the calibration of the BCM so that the truck thinks it never came with air suspension from the factory.  This is a permanent solution.
